Pro-Formance ensures the convenience of youth training, offering hourly sessions. We provide unlimited monthly personalized training to every athlete, regardless of their skill level.

Two Athletes

Pro-Formance will create a personalized youth athletic training program tailored to your team’s schedule and objectives. Our aim is to cultivate top-tier athletes, enabling coaches to concentrate their precious practice time on strategy and on-field performance.

Three Athletes

Focus on honing specific skills to elevate your performance. Normally, one-on-one sessions are set for 30 to 60 minutes and should be arranged in advance with your trainer.

Group Sessions

Workouts planned for your custom sized groups. Run by Shon Peace and built to strengthen athletes bodies and team work. Group Sessions will be tailored to the needs of the all athletes and focus are growing together.

Adult Fitness
