The Pro-Formance Youth Development program is for both boys and girls, imparting the necessary skills and strategies to enhance their movement quality while addressing the specific requirements of young athletes in sports performance and overall well-being. The initial step involves a one-on-one consultation with our training staff. During this complimentary consultation, an Pro-Formance. Coach will discuss your child’s personal athletic objectives, conduct a movement screening to identify any issues with movement, limitations, or injury risks, and provide guidance on the most suitable training program tailored to their unique needs and goals.

Here’s how to participate in the below programs

Speed Agility and conditioning (SAC)

Our Speed, Agility, and Conditioning (SAC) Class is a training program, professionally designed and executed to enhance athletes’ performance in various aspects. This program focuses on improving key skills, including change of direction, acceleration, deceleration, linear speed, first-step explosiveness, reaction time (both visual and auditory), strength development, lateral quickness, physical/mental resilience, and sport-specific conditioning.

Developing strength training

Our Small Group Strength Development training program aligns with our Applied Functional Science (AFS) and High-Intensity Training (HIT) principles, with the focus on strengthening all major muscle groups in a functional manner that ensures muscular balance, injury prevention, and enhanced performance.

The Strength Development Training at Pro-Formance comprises two phases: Advanced Strength Development and Foundational Strength Development. In the initial phase, athletes are introduced to fundamental loading patterns, allowing them to establish a strong foundation of mobility, strength, and athleticism, upon which we can build a well-rounded athlete.

The second phase introduces more advanced strength development programming and overload principles, including traditional weightlifting, plyometric exercises, and Olympic lifts.
